Requirements:

Skills Required: 3D Visualization, Adobe Photoshop, Architectural Designs, AutoCAD, LUMION, Presentation skill, Project Coordination, Rhino, SketchUp
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 26 years
Membership of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB), Associate or Full, is required.
Proficiency in: ○ AutoCAD ○ Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp ○ Lumion ○ Adobe Photoshop
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and project teams.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to manage project responsibilities independently when required.
Willingness to conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required.
Candidates must submit an updated portfolio along with their CV.
Responsibilities & Context:
Meet with clients and understand project requirements
Develop architectural design concepts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with internal teams and consultants
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required
Ensure design quality and project coordination throughout different stages of development
