• Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• 3 to 6 years

• Age 28 to 28 years

• Sound knowledge of Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skilled in Auto CAD for working drawings).
• Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing.
• Sound Knowledge on Imaret Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).

Experience Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area : Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Design / printing / publishing, Developer, Engineering Firms, Interior Design, Real Estate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings (Specially interior design & details).
• Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing and as per recent market value of product.
• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements.
• Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and data flow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders including clients.
• Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.
• Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
