• 2 to 7 years

• Age 24 to 40 years

• Experience: Field 2-7 Years in real estate marketing sector.

• Candidates with experience in Land, Real Estate, Hotel/Resort Share, or Property Sales will be given preference.

• Must be smart, well-groomed, and possess a professional attitude.

• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Should be hardworking and self-motivated.

• Maintain and update customer database.

• Computer skill (MS Word, Excel & Power point).

• Should be smart, well groomed & polite behavior.

• Primary knowledge about digital marketing.

We are looking for young, dynamic, and energetic male and female Marketing & Sales professionals for the positions of Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager. Those have experienced in the Bangladesh Real Estate / Hotel Resort share sales / Land Development industry.

Vacancy: 30 Dynamic Marketing Professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve sale targets.

• The applicants should be able to develop new clients and maintain good relationships with expected clients.

• Responsible for direct prospect visits out of the office.

• To visit the project with the clients for their queries and satisfaction.

• To share ideas on how to improve sales with the group leader.

• To arrange regular meeting with expected clients about sale matter.

• Salary: Tk. 25,000 - 65,000 (Monthly)
