Candidates must have professional level knowledge in MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
To handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
To update and maintain customer records in the ERP system.
Analysis data and prepare report for various aspect of business needs.
To provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
To identify and assess customers` needs to ensure satisfaction.
To resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
To work closely with other departments to improve customer service and support.
Any task assigned by management.
