• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Bathware business goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand the market

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets

• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where needed

• Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets for Bath ware products

• Increase market share in the Bathware segment

• Build strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors

• Ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for ROSA

• Work closely with marketing and production teams to align growth plans

• Prepare and manage the regional sales budget for maximum ROI
