• Age 25 to 28 years

• Handle clients professionally and understand their travel/visa requirements.

• Provide accurate information and counselling regarding Visit Visa, Work Permit and other visa services.

• Check and verify client documents according to visa requirements.

• Prepare, organize and manage client files and applications.

• Guide clients throughout the visa application process.

• Follow up on applications and provide timely updates to clients.

• Maintain proper communication and build good relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the visa processing and documentation team.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.

• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of practical experience in a travel agency or visa consultancy.

• Good knowledge of visa processing, documentation and client handling.

• Strong communication and counselling skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• HSC or equivalent qualification.
