• Age 30 to 45 years

• The applicants who have experience in the following area will get preference: Corporate Marketing.·        

• Good communication skills in English & Bangla.·        

• Thorough knowledge of MS Office, Internet & Communication.·        

• Smart, energetic and hard working candidates are preferable.·        

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.·        

• Positive attitude to any challenges.

• Visit the physicians and the surgeons, garments & other industries to promote the facilities and benefits of the Hospital.      

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, and partners

• Achieve the monthly and yearly new client targets.     

• Initiate innovative Marketing Strategic Plans to increase business turnover and discuss with the top management for implementation of those strategies. 

• Organize medical camps, seminars, and promotional events.

• Prepare & maintain client database·        

• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM) to enhance online presence.

• Create and manage content for Facebook, website and social media platforms.

• Design and oversee branding materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional items.

• Identify market opportunities as well as target customers and generate innovative ideas for building brand·        

• Prepare proposal/Deed of Agreement for Corporate Clients.·        

• Follow up with clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.

• Assist AWCH in hiring more qualified healthcare professionals.

• As per company rules.·

• Transport available on route from BSMMU (Former PG Hospital) to AWCH (Ashulia)
