Responsibilities & Context:

• Sales Experience in FMCG, Home Care, and Household Cleaning Products, particularly Detergent, Soap, Dishwashing, and Cleaning Products, will be given preference.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase sales and market coverage.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Dealers.

• Develop new distributors, dealers within the assigned area.

• Expand the company’s distribution network and increase product availability.

• Supervise, guide, and monitor Sales Representatives.

• Prepare and monitor daily market visit plans and route plans for the sales team.

• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and market coverage.

• Monitor distributor/dealer stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from distributors and dealers.

• Handle market and customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments for solutions.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales, collection, and market reports.

• Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when required.

• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong field-level relationships with customers.

• Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by Management.
