• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
• Bangladesh University of Professionals,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University students will get preference

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales/marketing or customer service is preferred (experience/knowledge of armed forces housing projects is a major plus).
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation tactics, and tech-savvy.
• Network: Skills in managing a network with high-worth individuals.
• Mobility: Must possess a motorcycle licence for frequent field visits.

• Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers interested in Jolshiri Abashon.

• Client Relations: Build strong relationships with landowners and potential buyers.

• Property Inspections: Schedule, coordinate, and lead on-site property visits at Jolshiri.

• Market Research: Monitor local real estate trends, plot pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities.

• Deal Closure: Facilitate negotiations and manage the end-to-end property buying and selling process.
