Data management (Excel / Google Sheets / database basics)
Content planning for property marketing
Campaign ideation

Ability to coordinate with developers, designers, and sales team

Responsibilities & Context:

A. Buyer/Seller Database Development

  • Design and maintain a structured database of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants

  • Develop data collection strategies (online forms, campaigns, referrals, events)

  • Segment clients based on budget, location, preferences, and behavior

B. Website Management

  • Coordinate development and maintenance of company website

  • Ensure listings (buy/sell/rent) are updated in real-time

  • Work with developers on reach, user friendliness, CRM and relevant query and filter generation of the website.

C. Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Plan and execute social media strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

  • Create and manage property listings, promotional content, and campaigns

  • Run targeted ads for property marketing

  • Monitor engagement, leads, and campaign performance

D. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate leads through digital and physical channels

  • Track and manage leads through the CRM system

  • Develop email/SMS marketing campaigns
