Responsibilities & Context:
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers interested in Jolshiri Abashon.
Client Relations: Build strong relationships with landowners and potential buyers.
Property Inspections: Schedule, coordinate, and lead on-site property visits at Jolshiri.
Market Research: Monitor local real estate trends, plot pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities.
Deal Closure: Facilitate negotiations and manage the end-to-end property buying and selling process.
