Responsibilities & Context:
অফিস নির্দেশিত Factory, Warehouse, Resort, Commercial Space, Workshop ইত্যাদি প্রতিষ্ঠানে Electrical Equipment বিক্রয়ের জন্য নতুন B2C customer identify করা এবং sales lead generate করা।
সম্ভাব্য customer-এর location-এ নিয়মিত visit করে product presentation এবং basic technical explanation প্রদান করা।
Customer-এর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Industrial Fan-এর size, airflow, power consumption ও application বিশ্লেষণ করে উপযুক্ত model recommend করা এবং quotation প্রদান করা।
Customer-এর requirement ও sales opportunity সম্পর্কে Team Leader/প্রধানকে অবহিত করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী meeting schedule করা।
নির্ধারিত monthly sales target অর্জন করা এবং নিয়মিত sales performance report submit করা।
Delivery, installation এবং after-sales support-এর জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।
Customer follow-up করা এবং repeat order নিশ্চিত করা।
বাজারের trend, competitor products এবং pricing সম্পর্কে নিয়মিত update থাকা।
কোম্পানির sales policy, procedures এবং brand guidelines যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করা।
