Experience:
1–3 years of direct sales experience in ICT medical devices or diagnostic laboratory supplies within Bangladesh.
Direct working relationships with diagnostic centers, pathology labs, and hospital procurement teams will be considered a strong advantage.
Direct Institutional Sales: Market, promote, and sell a comprehensive portfolio of immunochromatographic (ICT) rapid test devices (Dengue NS1/Ab, HBsAg, HCV, HIV, H. pylori, Troponin-I, Malaria, and Pregnancy kits) to private diagnostic centers, clinics, public/private hospitals, and blood banks.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned regional sales targets in alignment with the company’s annual goals.
Client & Project Management: Responsible for the entire sales lifecycle including lead generation, client relationship management, project negotiation, execution, and ensuring timely payment collection.
Channel Development: Formulate business channel plans based on market needs; actively identify, appoint, and manage distributors/agencies to ensure market penetration and provide them with ongoing support.
Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and on-site demonstrations of Biochemistry, Hematology, and CLIA analyzers (and other reagent kits) to potential clients.
Market Intelligence: Collect regional market information, analyze competitor products, and monitor industry trends to adjust product promotion plans in a timely manner.
Customer Feedback: Systematically collect and keep records of customer feedback regarding the performance of installed machines and after-sales service quality.
Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and create effective promotional materials for analyzers and reagent kits.
Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all sales and training activities. Prepare and submit periodic reports to supervisors highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
