• 15+ years of experience in Merchandising, Marketing, or Business Development within the Apparel & Garment Manufacturing industry.

• Strong experience with Bangladesh apparel manufacturers/exporters.

• Proven track record of acquiring and managing USA-based customers.

• Strong knowledge of garment costing, product development, sourcing, and supply chain.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Vice President - Merchandising & Marketing to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, with a strong focus on the USA market. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the Bangladesh apparel industry and a strong network with international buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and marketing operations for Bangladesh.

• Acquire new USA-based apparel customers and expand existing relationships.

• Drive business across Jackets, Bottoms, Shirts, and Shorts.

• Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality teams for seamless execution.

• Negotiate commercial terms and manage key customer accounts.

• Identify new business opportunities and optimize manufacturing capacity.

• Build and lead a high-performing merchandising team.
