• Age 23 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Computer literacy preferred (MS Excel/Word, Internet, E-Mail)

• At least 2 years works in Garments (Woven) industry in Welfare/HR

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR/Welfare and should to target oriented.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Location

• KEPZ, North Patenga, Chattogram

Responsibilities

• Motivate worker for retention.
• Motivate workers to reduce absenteeism.
• Motivate Workers to comply company’s rules & procedure.
• Building awareness to workers for Health & Safety, Workers Rights etc.
• Maintain good housekeeping & Ensure Minimum grievance in production floor.
• Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers and handling grievances at the initial stage.
• Any other related job assigned by the management.
• Good knowledge about BEPZA ACT & Rules

• As per company rules and policies.
