Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and make customer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Follow up with customers when required
Assist customers with appointments, services, products, or general queries
Record customer information and update relevant systems
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while communicating with customers
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Maintain daily call and follow-up records
