Professional Experience:

• Experience working with field sales teams or Sales Representatives (SRs) will be preferred.

• Prior experience in app activation is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution.

We are looking for an Retailer Onboarding Executive who will be responsible for driving the adoption and correct usage of our retailer onboarding app among Sales Representatives (SRs).

The person will work closely with field teams, train SRs on the retailer onboarding process, provide on-ground support, identify adoption gaps, and ensure that retailers are being onboarded properly through the app.

Major Responsibilities:

• Train SRs on the end-to-end retailer onboarding process through the app.

• Conduct regular training, refresher sessions, and practical demonstrations for SRs.

• Visit field locations regularly to provide hands-on support and monitor app usage.

• Work directly with SRs to identify challenges they face during retailer onboarding.

• Ensure SRs understand and follow the correct onboarding process.

• Monitor app adoption and retailer onboarding performance across assigned areas.

• Identify common onboarding errors, process gaps, and adoption barriers.

• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Tech, and other relevant teams to resolve app or process-related issues.

• Collect feedback from SRs and retailers and share insights with the relevant teams.

• Prepare regular reports on field visits, SR adoption, onboarding performance, and key issues.
