3–5 years of relevant sales experience (as JTSM/TSM), preferably in Lighting, Electrical Accessories, or related electrical products.
Experience in distributor/dealer management and sales team supervision will be preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in the electrical products industry are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead territory sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets across Lighting & Accessories categories.
Conduct regular market visits with SR and ensure effective secondary sales and market coverage.
Manage and monitor distributors, dealers, and sales representatives to ensure business growth and proper territory execution.
Ensure IMS achievement, timely product lifting, inventory management, and outstanding collection as per company policy.
Monitor daily sales performance, identify gaps, and take timely corrective actions to achieve targets.
Ensure proper product visibility, brand presence, and implementation of company policies in the market.
Monitor distributor stock, attendance, TA/DA, leave, and other administrative activities.
Coach and develop SR teams on product knowledge, selling skills, and professional performance.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key market stakeholders while monitoring competitor activities.
