Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning resources.
Identify employees' training and development needs.
Prepare and implement training plans and schedules.
Provide product, sales, customer service, and company policy training where applicable.
Evaluate employees' understanding and performance after training.
Conduct tests, assessments, and practical evaluations.
Monitor trainee progress and provide necessary coaching and feedback.
Prepare training reports and maintain attendance and performance records.
Coordinate with department managers to improve employee performance.
Update training materials according to company requirements and market changes.
Support new employees during their orientation and onboarding process.
Ensure all training activities follow company policies and procedures.
