Central air-conditioning systems, chiller systems, and solar-powered air-conditioning solutions; and Related mechanical, electrical, and engineering services.

• Conduct market research and collect information on customers, competitors, industries, and project opportunities.

• Support lead generation and the development of customer and prospect databases.

• Assist with online and offline marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and brand-building initiatives.

• Manage marketing materials and support social media and digital marketing activities.

• Coordinate marketing activities with the sales and business development teams.

• Excellent English communication skills are required. Chinese or Japanese language ability will be an advantage.

• Preferred age: below 40 years.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.

• Reference monthly salary: approximately BDT 20,000, plus performance-based incentives or sales commission where applicable.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for equity incentives or other long-term rewards. The company plans to allocate up to 5% of its equity annually for outstanding employee incentives over a ten-year period, subject to company policy, performance evaluation, and applicable approvals.
