Responsibilities & Context:
Learning the company’s products or services, pricing, and value proposition
Assisting senior sales executives with lead generation and prospecting
Making introductory calls, emails, or messages to potential customers
Understanding customer needs and helping prepare sales presentations or proposals
Maintaining and updating CRM systems with customer data
Following up with leads and existing customers to build relationships
Handling basic customer queries and directing complex issues to senior staff
Conducting market research and tracking competitor activity
Preparing sales reports and performance summaries
Participating in sales training programs and product demos
