Minimum 02 years' experience in the similar position from a well reputed FMCG Company.
Computer literacy especially in MS-Word, MS Excel.
A Valid Driving License & Ability to drive motorcycle is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Make effective sales plan and ensure the sales target, continuous sales growth at a minimum cost, in the respective territory.
Direct, assist and supervise the sales personnel for maintaining and improving the company's competitive position.
Evaluate the sales opportunities in the territory and act accordingly to avail the best output from it.
Controlling the sales team in line with the set KPIs.
