Routine/Regular Job:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for all Akij Healthcare & Hygiene product lines across designated wholesale markets.
Develop trade penetration strategies specifically designed for wholesale channels, stockists, key bulk accounts, and institutional buyers.
Monitor product movement, demand patterns, and stock levels to prevent stock-outs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
2. Wholesale Channel Management & Business Development
Expand the wholesale distribution network by onboarding reliable stockists, wholesalers, and key channel partners.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with key wholesale traders, market associations, and major trade leaders.
Monitor credit, collection cycles, and outstanding payments to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
3. Team Leadership & Field Management
Lead, mentor, and track the daily performance of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Field Sales Representatives (SRs).
Plan efficient daily route plans (PJP - Permanent Journey Plan) for sales staff focused on high-volume wholesale clusters.
Conduct regular market visits to audit trade execution, sales productivity, and customer feedback.
4. Merchandising & Trade Marketing Execution
Execute B2B trade schemes, volume discounts, and promotional campaigns tailored for wholesale buyers.
Oversee brand visibility, POSM placement, and prominent product displays in key wholesale markets and depots.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, and trade schemes, providing timely intelligence to the regional leadership team.
5. Client Integration & Post-Handover Support
Work closely with clients to understand their specific design changes or custom requests, and make sure those updates are smoothly built into the active construction phase.
Lead the final walkthrough, fix any outstanding issues or minor defects, and hand over the completed property to the client seamlessly.
Stay available after the handover to resolve any structural or technical issues the client might face, ensuring they are completely satisfied with their new property.
