Responsibilities & Context:
The Sales Executive will promote and sell Royal BD Healthcare’s products and services, develop new business opportunities, and maintain customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
Visit customers to introduce products, explain their features, and understand purchasing requirements.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and secure sales orders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to support timely delivery and after-sales service.
Follow up on payments according to company policy.
Stay informed about company products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide accurate product information and communicate customer feedback to the relevant team.
