Sales Executive (Real Estate Project)

Shafia Holding Limited is looking for a responsible, motivated, and client-focused Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with clients, communicate professionally, arrange project visits, and achieve sales targets with honesty and dedication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.

• Explain Shafia Holding Limited’s Smart Land Share Ownership Model and project benefits clearly.

• Arrange and manage client project visits.

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales and project visit targets.

• Provide accurate information about project location, facilities, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

• Maintain professional behavior and represent the company values.

Required Mindset:

• Strong Islamic values, honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical approach in business.

• Must believe in halal income, transparency, and serving clients with sincerity.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment toward achieving goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to convince and guide clients professionally.

• Experience in real estate sales will be preferred (fresh candidates with strong motivation are also encouraged).
