Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team with strong strategic direction.
Develop and implement company-wide branding and marketing strategies.
Operation regarding social media platform and relevant engagement procedure
Design and execute effective lead generation strategies to attract potential apartment buyers.
Ensure continuous and quality lead support to the sales team in line with monthly sales targets.
Oversee and manage the CRM system to ensure proper lead tracking, follow-up, and conversion.
Plan and supervise digital marketing, offline campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and customer behavior analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure sales growth and target achievement.
Prepare and control the marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
