• Lead overall business operations and achieve sales target within the assigned region.

• Prepare and execute sales and volume plans in line with company targets.

• Manage account receivables, ensure timely collections, and control credit exposure as per company policy.

• Maintain expected contribution and profitability from the regional business.

• Identify market challenges, competitor activities, and business risks, and take timely actions to improve performance.

• Convert management direction into clear action plans for field execution.

• Train, coach, and guide the sales team to improve skills, discipline, and performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

• Search for and Onboard new customers.

• Execute individual marketing program or business model by customers or segmentations to be aligned with strategy based on limited resources and budget

• Maximize profit margin by selling more values, not products itself

• Maintain/improve SOW (%) and steady flow of collection against past dues, maintain credit limit during intense competition.

• Arrangement of logistics for timely dispatch of cement.
