Lead overall business operations and achieve sales target within the assigned region.
Prepare and execute sales and volume plans in line with company targets.
Manage account receivables, ensure timely collections, and control credit exposure as per company policy.
Maintain expected contribution and profitability from the regional business.
Identify market challenges, competitor activities, and business risks, and take timely actions to improve performance.
Convert management direction into clear action plans for field execution.
Train, coach, and guide the sales team to improve skills, discipline, and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Search for and Onboard new customers.
Execute individual marketing program or business model by customers or segmentations to be aligned with strategy based on limited resources and budget
Maximize profit margin by selling more values, not products itself
Maintain/improve SOW (%) and steady flow of collection against past dues, maintain credit limit during intense competition.
Arrangement of logistics for timely dispatch of cement.
