Responsibilities & Context:
• Lead architectural and design projects from concept development to final execution.
• Prepare high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, realistic renderings and professional presentations.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and present design concepts confidently.
• Select appropriate architectural materials, colours, fixtures and fittings.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications and BOQ.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site execution teams (if required).
• Review site progress (when necessary) and ensure that the approved design and finishing quality are properly maintained.
• Manage multiple projects and guide junior designers when required.
