Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of proven leadership/management experience, preferably within an import, distribution, or trading business.

Key Competencies

• Strong leadership, team management, strategic planning, supply chain oversight, and operational decision-making capabilities.

Communication Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Additional Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Relationship Management — preferably in Food & Beverage or a Group of Companies.
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, team leadership, and target achievement.
• Strong network with corporate clients will be an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake regular client visits, corporate meetings, and market visits as required.

FVL – Fatiha Venture LTD., a leading import and distribution company, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and highly qualified Operations Manager to lead and oversee our core operational, sales, and supply chain divisions.

Job Location: Corporate Office (FVL – Fatiha Venture LTD.)

Warehouse: Amulia Model Town (Corporate office based, with frequent warehouse visits)

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), the Operations Manager will supervise and lead the Sales & Marketing, Business Development / R&D, and Warehouse & Distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Warehouse activities to drive business revenue.
• Lead Business Development & Product Innovation in strategic expansion, product testing, and market growth.
• Lead Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
• Oversee the Warehouse & Distribution Manager and team (Warehouse Executives, Drivers, and Delivery Personnel) to ensure seamless inventory management and timely distribution.
• Collaborate closely with peer department heads (Head of HR and Accounts Manager) for smooth administrative, compliance, and financial operations.
• Streamline import logistics, customs workflow, inventory planning & management, and channel distribution efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive organizational matters.
