Position: Senior HR Manager
Asmi Super Shop is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to strengthen our human resource operations and build an efficient, disciplined, and professional team.
Mandatory Experience
Previous experience in the HR department of a supermarket or supermarket chain is required. Candidates with experience managing HR operations across multiple outlets will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Recruit suitable employees, coordinate staff placement, and ensure adequate staffing across outlets and the head office.
HR Operations: Oversee attendance, duty rosters, leave management, and employee discipline, and coordinate with the relevant department on payroll preparation.
Performance and Training: Assess employee performance, identify training needs, and support improvements in productivity and customer service.
Management Coordination: Work closely with outlet managers and senior management to resolve staffing challenges and maintain smooth operations.
Employee Relations and Compliance: Address employee concerns fairly, implement HR policies, and promote a respectful and accountable workplace in line with applicable labour laws.
Required Skills and Competencies
Applicants should have a strong understanding of supermarket operations, shift-based workforce management, and recruitment for retail positions. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and impartial decision-making skills are essential. Proficiency in computer-based HR recordkeeping and reporting is also required.
Salary
Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
