𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝟯𝗗 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 — 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop detailed 3D models for architectural and interior projects

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations

• Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environments

• Translate drawings, mood boards, and design concepts into accurate 3D visuals

• Coordinate closely with architects and designers

• Revise models and renders according to project requirements and feedback

• Maintain design accuracy, proportions, and visual consistency throughout the project

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝟯𝗗 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 — 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and D5 Render

• Proficiency in Lumion, Enscape, or other professional rendering software will be an advantage

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop for post-production

• Excellent understanding of materials, textures, lighting, composition, and camera angles

• Ability to produce photorealistic architectural and interior renders

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• A professional portfolio demonstrating visualization skills is mandatory
