• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, D5 and Adobe Suite
• Basic knowledge of construction detailing and materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and in a team environment

Preferred

• 1–2 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of interior design and visualization workflows
• Passion for innovative and functional design solutions

Responsibilities:

• Assist in architectural design development and presentation preparation
• Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction details
• Develop 3D models and realistic visualizations
• Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and site teams
• Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision
• Ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Support material selection, layout planning, and documentation
