Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel is a must
Site management skills
Hardworking, good at teamwork and a mindset to work in the field
Responsibilities & Context:
• Site visit, leveling, survey and estimate preparation
• Construction supervision and quality control as per drawings
• Material, labor and work schedule management
• Coordination with clients, contractors and sub-contractors
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Preparation of BOQ, bills and variations
• Ensuring work environment in compliance with safety rules
• Carrying out duties assigned by higher authorities
