Key Responsibilities

1. Utility Equipment Operations

• Power Generation: Manage routine maintenance, load distribution, and troubleshooting of industrial gas/diesel generators.

• Compressed Air Systems: Oversee operations, moisture control, and line pressure optimization for industrial air compressors and air dryers.

• Environmental Compliance: Ensure continuous operation and structural/mechanical maintenance of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to meet environmental discharge standards.

2. Production Machinery Maintenance

• Printing & Heat Seal: Execute mechanical calibration, roller alignments, and breakdown maintenance for screen printing, offset printing, and heat seal machines.

• Woven Sector: Maintain mechanical systems, gearboxes, high-speed needles, and mechanical components of woven label/jacquard looms.

• Efficiency: Implement structured preventive maintenance schedules to eliminate unexpected machine stoppages during peak production.

3. Compliance & Structural Safety

• BNBC Standards: Ensure all mechanical installations, piping layouts, gas lines, and pressure vessels comply strictly with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).

• Audit Readiness: Maintain updated structural, machinery layout, and safety logs required for international buyer audits and local regulatory inspections.

• Fire Safety: Collaborate with the safety team to maintain fire pumps, hydrant systems, and mechanical ventilation compliance as per code.
