• Age At least 22 years

• Experience: 1- 2 years of experience in a relevant working area

Skills and Competencies:

• Sound Knowledge of computer applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills, and technically sound.

• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply to business requirements.

• Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving planned volume targets and managing personal and team goals to meet the individual and company's annual targets.

• Assisting industrial customers and the wholesaler in creating mass awareness of using quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over the competition.

• Analyzing competitors' strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment, and preparing counter reports

• Following up with potential customers to upsell and improve the service. Monitor used oil samples on a per-customer basis.

• Supporting the technical issues of the Sales Team. Organize training, lube clinics, and inspections for potential industries.

• Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate product benefits with the aid of the technical team
