Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of Solar PV systems.

• Supervise solar panel/module installation at project sites.

• Assist in DC and AC cable installation, termination and testing.

• Check PV string connections, polarity, voltage and continuity.

• Assist with earthing and lightning protection system installation.

• Read and understand electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and layout drawings.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain project documentation.

• Coordinate with technicians, contractors and other project personnel.

• Ensure installation work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.

• Perform other technical duties assigned by the Project/Senior Engineer.
