Position: Executive Engineer – Sales & Services

Department: Engineering / Technical Sales
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and project teams.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Schneider Electric products and solutions.
Assist in selection and sizing of VFD, MCCB, MCB, MPCB, contactor, relay, meter, PLC, HMI, soft starter, and automation products.
Project & Panel Engineering
Prepare and review electrical panel designs and layouts.
Prepare SLD, control circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel drawings using AutoCAD.
Assist in panel building, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Review technical specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
VFD & Automation
Handle VFD installation, parameter setting, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Provide basic PLC/HMI and industrial automation support.
Conduct site visits for technical assessment and problem-solving.
Customer & Site Support
Visit factories, industries, and project sites to understand technical requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related problems at customer sites.
Maintain good technical relationships with customers.
Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to prepare technical quotations and proposals.
Prepare product selection, technical offers, BOQ, and compliance documents.
Support the sales team during customer meetings and negotiations.
Identify opportunities for new products and solutions.
Schneider Electric Products
Develop strong product knowledge of Schneider Electric's electrical distribution, industrial automation, motor control, and energy management solutions.
Keep updated with new products, technical developments, and application guidelines.
Participate in Schneider Electric product training and technical programs.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare technical reports, site visit reports, commissioning reports, and project documentation.
Maintain records of customer requirements, technical issues, and solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of projects.
Required Qualifications
B.Sc. / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or related field.
Experience in industrial electrical systems, automation, VFD, or electrical panels will be preferred.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical drawings.
Knowledge of Schneider Electric products will be an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to factories and project sites.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
