1. Power Distribution & Utility Automation

• Substation & Generator: Monitor and maintain HT/LT switchgears, transformers, PFI (Power Factor Improvement) plants, and electrical control panels of generators.

• Compressors & ETP: Troubleshoot VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), star-delta starters, motor control centers (MCC), and sensors for air compressors and the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).

• Power Quality: Ensure stable voltage supply and maintain the factory's target power factor to avoid utility penalties.

2. Production Machinery Electronics & Automation

• Printing & Heat Seal: Troubleshoot heating elements, temperature controllers, UV/IR curing lamps, and servo motors in offset and screen printing machines.

• Woven Looms: Rectify electronic faults, sensor errors, and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) issues in high-speed woven label and jacquard machines.

• Breakdown Resolution: Provide rapid electrical support to production floors to minimize breakdown hours.

3. Electrical Compliance & Safety (BNBC & Accord/RSC Standards)

• Safety Codes: Ensure all cable tray layouts, earthing systems, and lightning protection systems (LPS) strictly follow BNBC guidelines.

• Thermal Scanning: Conduct regular thermographic scanning of electrical panels to identify loose connections and mitigate fire hazards.

• Documentation: Maintain daily electrical logs, energy consumption charts, and preventive maintenance checklists for compliance audits.
