Responsibilities & Context:
Drafting & Modeling: Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using design software.
Working Drawings: Prepare precise construction, exterior, and interior working drawings.
Authority Submissions: Prepare drawings required for local government or municipal building approvals.
Site Coordination: Visit project sites to check progress, monitor quality, and help resolve construction issues.
Project Support: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and different engineering departments.
