Responsibilities & Context:
Design & Analysis: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create electrical plans, diagrams, and single-line drawings.
Testing & Quality Control: Develop testing methods to verify the functionality, durability, and safety of electrical components and systems.
Project Management: Estimate labor and material costs, manage budgets, and collaborate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations adhere to local, state, and federal safety standards and regulatory codes.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues in existing electrical systems and develop routine maintenance schedules.
