Responsibilities & Context:
Feasibility & Planning: Conduct site analysis, evaluate investment risks, and prepare financial appraisals and business cases.
Design & Engineering: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and designers to develop blueprints and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Permitting & Compliance: Secure and maintain all necessary zoning approvals, building permits, and regulatory licenses.
Procurement & Budgeting: Develop tender documentation, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage project budgets, cash flow projections, and cost forecasts.
Construction Oversight: Monitor daily on-site progress, conduct quality control inspections, and enforce site safety protocols.
Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to executives, investors, and board members.
Handover: Manage commissioning, testing, and final occupancy transition
