Responsibilities & Context:
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Acupuncture and patient-centered healthcare services, or substantial experience in managing a Rehabilitation Center, Physiotherapy Center, Hospital or similar healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the overall operations of the center.
Ensure smooth coordination among Physiotherapists, Clinical Team, Chief Operating Manager, Reception, Administration and other staff.
Monitor patient service quality, treatment workflow and overall patient experience.
Supervise Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and Acupuncture service operations in coordination with respective professionals.
Maintain staff discipline, duty schedules, accountability and performance standards.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of rehabilitation equipment and treatment facilities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, patient satisfaction and organizational growth.
Coordinate directly with the Chairman/Management regarding operational performance, challenges and future development.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation or related healthcare discipline; OR
Proven managerial experience in a Rehabilitation Center, Physiotherapy Center, Hospital or Healthcare Organization.
Training/experience in Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Cupping or other advanced rehabilitation techniques will be considered an added advantage.
Healthcare/Hospital Management qualification or experience will also receive preference.
Experience:
Preferably 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
