• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Female

• Conduct factory visits at least twice a week, focusing on production, administration, and compliance with systems and specific instructions from the Chairman.

• Manage document flow, including receiving documents from units, arranging for Chairman’s approval/signature, and ensuring timely return.

• Communicate and convey the Chairman’s instructions to factory management clearly, professionally, and effectively.

• To organize meetings & interviews of the Hon`ble Chairman by maintaining a Calendar of Events & Activities.

• To collect Business Intelligence Report from various sources and provide the same to the Hon`ble Chairman for his observation, advice & guidance.

• To ensure proper liaison & coordination management with various Business Concerns of Labib Group

• Other jobs & responsibilities as instructed by the Hon`ble Chairman from time to time.
