• Maintain strong communication with buyers and merchandising teams.

• Coordinate customer visits and allocate resources effectively.

• Ensure products and projects meet targets, maintain value, and meet customer requirements.

• Implement SOPs for marketing and cross-functional teams to improve execution.

• Plan next season’s business by category and align with management goals.

• Review merchandise plans to maximize profits and achieve targets.

• Attend overseas trade fairs to acquire new buyers and orders.

• Coordinate with departments for smooth shipment processes.

• Participate in promotions and forecast order levels.

• Negotiate contract terms with buyers as per their policies.

• Visit company factories and offices (Mymensingh, Gazipur, Gulshan) and report accordingly.

• Handle coordination tasks as per management instructions.
