Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain strong communication with buyers and merchandising teams.
Coordinate customer visits and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure products and projects meet targets, maintain value, and meet customer requirements.
Implement SOPs for marketing and cross-functional teams to improve execution.
Plan next season’s business by category and align with management goals.
Review merchandise plans to maximize profits and achieve targets.
Attend overseas trade fairs to acquire new buyers and orders.
Coordinate with departments for smooth shipment processes.
Participate in promotions and forecast order levels.
Negotiate contract terms with buyers as per their policies.
Visit company factories and offices (Mymensingh, Gazipur, Gulshan) and report accordingly.
Handle coordination tasks as per management instructions.
