Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
Retired or former members of the Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Army, or other armed forces will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, discipline, and customer-handling skills.
Motorcycle-riding skills and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
Recover overdue credit and installment dues from assigned customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and achieve recovery targets.
Maintain collection records and submit daily recovery reports.
Coordinate with Credit, Plaza, and Legal teams when required.
Perform all recovery activities professionally and according to company policy.
