• BBA/Honors from a recognized university.
• Candidates with an engineering background, particularly Mechanical Engineering, will be preferred.

• Knowledge of BRTA rules and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to control costs and improve operational efficiency.

• Manage overall vehicle maintenance, fuel and CNG procurement.

• Ensure proper inventory management of vehicle parts and related materials.

• Plan and monitor pick & drop services, including daily vehicle distribution.

• Manage recruitment, training, briefing and performance monitoring of drivers.

• Oversee routine administrative activities of the Transport Section.

• Ensure compliance with BRTA requirements and related regulatory activities.

• Develop and implement cost-minimization initiatives for transport operations.

• Regularly check and verify vehicle logbooks and related records.

• Monitor and resolve all matters related to vehicle and transport management.
