• Candidates with experience in large-scale or multinational organizations will be given preference.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Supply Chain Management.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and supply chain finance.

• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and supply chain management software.

• Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective coordination with business functions.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems to ensure supply chain excellence.

• Ensure effective supply chain planning, risk management, and business continuity.

• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to strengthen the organization's competitive position.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on supply chain performance and business decisions.
