Experience of AutoCAD, Drawing, Design, structural design, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
Operations & Maintenance: Supervise daily operations of building systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and logbooks.
Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and direct shift engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff. Act as the officer-in-charge when the primary manager is absent.
Budget & Compliance: Help manage department budgets, track utility consumption, and ensure adherence to safety codes and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with outside contractors, review repair quotes, and inspect procured engineering goods
